We recently had Dustin Broune come out and look at our clubhouse water softener. Dustin came out very quickly, was extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. He took the time to explain what he thought we needed he did a free water test and also explained how the system worked. He told me that he would send a bid on Monday and by Monday (today ) before 10 am I had the bid. I would recommend Culligan Water of San Marcos 100 %. A Month ago, May 11, 2022, Jerry Gissiner came to gives us an assessment for a water softener system. My brother was here since he has had a Culligan system for many years. and would be able to ask the questions that I wouldn't think to ask. Jerry way very informative and was not a pushy salesman! I was very impressed. I was sold!!!.The installer, Jo Jo and his assistant came a few days later. They did an exceptional job. They were very efficient and professional. I was very pleased with their installation. I am vey happy with my Culligan Water Conditioning system.

As a first time homeowner Ethan was very well educated and answered all our questions quite easily. After working with Ethan on exactly what we needed for our home, we had Jojo and Brett come out and complete the installation. Since we were pre-plumbed it was a real quick install. They explained how the system worked and showed us how to find the guide on the website regarding our specific softener if we needed any reminders. The difference in the water is night and day for me. No more chlorine smell and the water is like silk. Thanks Culligan for the superb service!

Jerry GissinerHe really out did himself, he showed us all the testing on our water and explained everything so well. We had culligan before and were not givinga water testing before. Jerry was so passionate about what he does ,and that is quality of water. I thought in my mind he is so good at his job and does it VERY well. He added some discounts for us and that just did it. I just had a home built in Kyle Texas and I had a couple different water softener companies come out to give us quotes. As soon as Elizabeth brought her lab in showing us in real time the effects of the hard water we knew Culligan was going to be our first choice. I have never met someone so passionate about quality of water, she is perfect for that job! When we had a water emergency (no water to our house), Culligan San Marcos sent Dustin to help us. He determined that the problem wasn't our Culligan system, but rather a water line pipe coupling that had snapped from tree root pressure. Dustin located the problem, and dug nearly 3 and 1/2 feet down to fix it, and completed the job quickly. He was friendly and personable, hard-working, and did an outstanding job. And, Culligan's charges were quite moderate.

After we lost water pressure for all our water faucets, and our water supply company reported to us that there was no problem with water reaching our property, we called Culligan. Happy Culligan customers, we suspected that our water problem might be related to our Culligan system or the underground water supply to our Culligan system. Culligan San Marcos sent out their technician (Dustin) within two hours, he diagnosed the problem, and then worked diligently to fix it. Our Culligan water softener was functioning properly, but tree roots had broken an underground pipe coupling (about 40 inches below the surface), causing all water to flow into the ground. Dustin worked hard to fix this broken coupling (replacing it with a looping configuration of piping) and had the water again flowing to our house by mid-afternoon. Dustin showed himself to be a professional willing to go above-and-beyond. We love (and need) Culligan's soft water, and can attest to their excellent customer service also!

Jerry Gissiner did a great job showing me the benefits of a new water softener. I love my new system. I didn’t know your skin absorbs chlorine and how the filter would take chlorine out. I feel like I have more energy these days. Dan and Jojo were on the install team, and they did a great job putting in my new system and making sure it worked right.

UPDATE:I had to update and have to add on another review for the amazing installation team. Jojo and Britt came to install the system in my garage and kitchen area! They were super friendly and did their work perfectly. It was super clean works wonderfully. They found a way to install the system without creating any mess. I trust their experience and service was impeccable. You guys did an awesome job. Definitely a happy customer. Can't wait to finally use and see a huge difference in the water. Thanks to the whole Culligan San Marcos team for helping out.---------I've moved to Buda, TX about a year ago from east coast, and I've noticed a huge difference in the water. I've never experienced 'hard' water before and I could clearly see that in Texas, the water here was considered hard. I've searched and came across of the Culligan Water company and had to immediately see what were my options to resolve this matter. Jerry Gissiner came and did an awesome job in showing/explaining why I needed to purchase a water softener. If you ever need any rep sales from Culligan, make sure to ask for Jerry bc he is thorough, knowledgable, friendly and honest about what kind of things you'll be getting. When we moved into our current house, it had a Whirlpool water softener already installed. But we still noticed evidence of hard water. So, I contacted Culligan for an in-home consultation. I met with Jerry Gissiner, the Culligan sales rep. He confirmed that our existing softener was hardly doing anything and showed us some options for softening and purifying our water with Culligan systems. Jerry did a great job explaining everything.We decided to go with a Culligan/Pioneer system, and boy was that the right decision. The install team, JoJo and Britt (sorry if I misspelled your names, fellas) did a fantastic job. They removed the old softener, set up an impressive looking softening/purifying system, and put in a reverse osmosis filter under our kitchen sink. We noticed a difference immediately--Jerry wasn't kidding when he said "bottled-water quality drinking water." We are so happy with our purchase. Thanks again Culligan!

We have been wanting and, more importantly, needing a water softener for our home. On the recommendation of a colleague, we contacted Culligan of San Marcos. Jerry Gissiner arrived at our home right on time and we immediately felt comfortable around him. He was even ready with his face mask. Jerry thoroughly tested our water and explained the details of all the results in a manner that could easily be understood and even tested our water pressure. He went over all of our options, products available, the pro and cons, any long term maintenance costs and the location of equipment for each. There are also several payment options, monthly payments and financing is offered to accommodate individual household needs. We never felt pressured by a sales pitch or up selling and feel confident that we will be getting exactly what we have needed for years and we can’t wait to stop replacing appliances and cleaning faucet filters!

We started renting last month, paying $40/month. They don't have an online portal, but offer auto-pay. Initial install was pricey ($900) because of how our house was set up. You may or may not end up with a big install bill. The install takes a good 6-8 hours.Happy with the equipment, install, and service. Big shout out to our sales rep, Jason, who was patient with all my questions. He was friendly, professional, efficient, responsive, and respectful about wearing a mask while in our home. One piece of feedback is sales reps should wear proper masks (surgical or cloth, or double masking since CDC guidance has changed), instead of the pull-up neck covering things (not sure what they are called). Those have been proven to be less effective that a regular mask. A few weeks after the install, Jason followed up with a phone call to make sure we we had everything we needed. If you're considering a water softener, it is 100% worth it. We immediately noticed a big difference with showering and laundry. 10/10, highly recommend!

My wife and I have never had a water softener system in any of the 10+ homes we've owned over the years. However, we thought since the water is so hard in San Marcos area we might as well try a water softener system in our new home. I researched the various companies in the area and Culligan Water caught my eye as the best. We reached out to Jason Hamilton, Customer Service Representative, and we were not disappointed. He took his time detailing all the benefits of a water softening system, and after using they system for several months we are thrilled. The water is definitely soft and there is no scale buildup anywhere. Culligan services your system every eight weeks or so, so you have no worries. I would highly recommend using Culligan Water to anyone!

I've had my water softener in for 2 weeks now and it has made a night and day difference already! Culligan is a great company to work with as they are efficient, honest, and have great products. The two technicians that came out to install it, Jojo and Chris, were very professional and polite and went over and above to make sure everything was in working order even when my older houses electrical and plumbing lines were acting up. I would recommend Jojo and Chris to anyone who needed work done!
