I had a leaky drip line. I called and asked for someone to come out. I was hesitant thinking it would take hours to get someone but no, Culligan did a great job of syncing up a technician to correct the issue. The tech initially set up to come out had come as I was at a Dr appointment so I had to re-request another date, I was worried it would be a headache, no. Culligan seamlessly set up a new appointment to fit my schedule again. The next tech came out after sending me notice he was on his way, I appreciated that. He showed up, listened to the problem, had assessed and identified corrective actions and was clean and neat about the workspace. All truly excellent. Randy fixed the issue and had a very joyful attitude. These are the people that make businesses last and worth establishing a long term rapport with.
