Don Denson’s water treatment career began in San Antonio, where he spent 48 years helping customers address the challenges of hard Texas water. Starting at the ground level by bagging salt, Don developed a passion for the water treatment industry and worked his way through the organization, eventually becoming President of Operations.

During his career, Don played a key role in the success and growth of Culligan operations throughout the region. After retiring from Culligan of Seguin, his experience and industry knowledge helped guide the acquisition of Culligan of San Marcos. Today, Don remains a valued advisor to the business while enjoying retirement with his wife, Marion.

Kurt Denson brings more than 30 years of water treatment experience to the organization. He began his career in sales before discovering his passion for solving customer water quality problems as a service technician.

His hands-on expertise led to leadership positions including Service Manager, General Manager, and Vice President responsibilities within the Culligan network. After identifying the opportunity to acquire Culligan of San Marcos in 2018, Kurt played a major role in completing the purchase and helping lead the company’s growth.

Today, Kurt serves as Sales Manager and continues to provide strategic leadership and daily operational support.

Representing the third generation, Tyler Denson joined the family business after earning a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Following engineering roles in North Dakota and Houston, Tyler partnered in the acquisition of Culligan of San Marcos in 2018. After the purchase was finalized in early 2019, he transitioned into a full-time leadership role and became General Manager in 2023.

Today, Tyler focuses on expanding the company’s reach while preserving the service-first values that have guided the Denson family for decades.
